Instead of a wall of postings to sift through, Hirenao reads your resume, works out where you’re trying to go, and returns a short, ranked list of roles worth your attention — with an honest reason attached to each one.
Our mission
Job search rewards volume — more applications, more keywords, more noise — and punishes judgment. We think that’s backwards. Hirenao is built to do the judging with you: to surface the roles you can realistically get, and to be honest about the ones you can’t.
No auto-apply. No resume spam. No black-box “match score.”
How it works
Start with your resume. Paste it, upload a file, or drop in a screenshot. Everything on your radar is derived from what you give us — your experience, your direction, and any constraints you add in plain language.
A two-pass pipeline. Hirenao first builds a picture of you as a candidate, then searches fresh postings and scores each one against that picture. It is looking for a real fit, not a keyword overlap.
Honest per-job signals. Every role on your radar carries five plain-language signals instead of one opaque number:
- Fit
- How closely the role matches your background, skills, and direction.
- Upside
- What the role could do for your trajectory if it works out.
- Odds
- How realistic it is that you would actually land an interview.
- Urgency
- How soon to act, based on how fresh the posting is.
- Trust
- How trustworthy the source is — from a direct company posting to a repost.
Roles you can actually get. The ranking favors realistic opportunities over aspirational long shots — though you can dial that in either direction. The goal is a radar you can act on today.
How it's different from job aggregators
Aggregators list. Hirenao decides. An aggregator hands you thousands of postings and leaves the ranking, filtering, and judgment to you. Hirenao ranks each pick and explains why it’s there — what’s strong, what’s risky, and how soon to move — so you spend your time applying, not sorting.
How your data is used
Your radar is built from the resume you provide — that’s all it takes to get started.
Company logos load through a same-origin proxy. Google’s favicon service receives the company domains Hirenao’s server requests, but it does not receive your browser IP address or a user-linked sequence of the roles shown to you.
If you choose to connect GitHub or LinkedIn, Hirenao uses the connection for sign-in and the profile enrichment described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it from Hirenao at any time after establishing another sign-in method if it is your only credential.
