Pages include a skip link to the main content. Controls have keyboard focus indicators, forms use labels, and key dialogs support keyboard navigation and returning focus when they close.

Layouts adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom. Motion is reduced when your device requests reduced motion. Search progress and key errors include text updates for assistive technology.

We have checked selected layouts and keyboard interactions, but have not completed a full accessibility evaluation. Screen reader combinations, high contrast settings, and every flow at high zoom still need further manual testing. Barriers may remain; we do not claim WCAG conformance.

Employer application pages open outside Hirenao and may work differently. Their accessibility is managed by those sites.

Word downloads contain editable text, with recognized resume section labels marked as headings. You can choose the main document language under Word options before downloading; this changes language settings, not the wording.

Review the exported document in your editor, especially its headings, lists, reading order, and any text in another language. Screen reader testing in Word is still needed. Browser print and Save as PDF results can vary; we have not verified that those PDFs retain accessible tags and reading order.
