Terms of Service

Once finalized and presented with an acceptance action, these Terms will form a binding agreement between you and the legal person or company that operates Hirenao. Before publication, Hirenao must add that operator’s full legal name, entity type, jurisdiction, mailing address, telephone number, and monitored legal contact. The product name “Hirenao” alone does not identify the contracting party.

If you do not agree to the final Terms, do not create an account, submit a resume or prompt, connect an account, or use the service.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may use Hirenao only for yourself, unless you have the person’s authority and Hirenao’s written approval. The service is not directed to children under 13. A final minimum-age rule and any required parent or guardian process must be selected before launch; this draft does not resolve whether users ages 13 through 17 may create accounts.

Hirenao is an AI-assisted, resume-first tool for personal job discovery and application preparation. It may parse resumes and prompts; create a candidate profile; match, filter, rank, and explain third-party job information; answer refinements; track saved, hidden, applied, and application-stage activity; send alerts you opt into; enrich a profile from services you choose to connect; and generate resume-edit suggestions or draft cover letters.

Hirenao is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, career counselor, immigration adviser, or agent of an employer. It does not submit applications, contact employers, verify your credentials or eligibility, make hiring decisions, or guarantee an interview, offer, or job.

AI and algorithmic output is probabilistic. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsuitable, or similar to output generated for other people. Hirenao’s Fit, Upside, Odds, Urgency, and Trust labels are qualitative product signals, not objective probabilities, employer assessments, professional advice, or promises.

You are responsible for independently checking the employer and listing, compensation, location, deadline, qualifications, work authorization and sponsorship, and every factual statement in a resume or cover letter. Review and edit generated material before using it. Hirenao does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and you are responsible for your own application and career decisions.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Tell Hirenao promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or connected services.
• Connect only a GitHub or LinkedIn account that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.
• You may unlink a provider after establishing another sign-in method if that provider is your only credential. Unlinking removes Hirenao’s local token and account binding; you can separately revoke Hirenao in the provider’s settings.

“Your Content” includes resumes, files, screenshots, prompts, refinements, answers, feedback, other material you directly provide, and provider information you own or control and choose to make available through an account you connect. Third-party job information and material returned by a connected service that you do not own or control do not become Your Content merely because Hirenao processes or displays them. You keep any ownership rights you have in Your Content.

You grant Hirenao a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, parse, format, and otherwise process Your Content, and to allow Hirenao’s service providers to do so, only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and comply with law for the service described here and in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the associated content is deleted, subject to the limited retention, backup, legal, and delivery-reconciliation exceptions described in that policy.

For material you upload or type, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it and that your use is not unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious. You also represent that you are authorized to connect any account you connect. These representations do not make you responsible for third-party material a connected provider returns that you do not own or control. Do not upload another person’s resume without permission or include unnecessary Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical or genetic information, or other highly sensitive data.

As between you and Hirenao, and subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the resume suggestions, cover-letter drafts, explanations, and other output Hirenao generates for you. Hirenao does not promise that output is unique, copyrightable, noninfringing, accurate, or suitable for submission. Similar output may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use it.

Job information may come from employer sites and applicant-tracking feeds, public or community job boards, and other external sources. Listings may be incomplete, stale, changed, fraudulent, removed, or unavailable. Hirenao does not endorse, employ, control, or guarantee any employer, listing, compensation, eligibility rule, or application outcome, and it is not part of the application or employment relationship.

Verify a role and the employer’s identity on an official employer site before sharing information or acting. External sites and connected providers are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Employer names, logos, and listing content remain the property of their respective owners; their display does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Hirenao may rank, omit, update, or remove third-party content.

You may use Hirenao only for a lawful, personal job search. You agree not to:

• impersonate anyone, commit fraud, or falsify application material;
• upload content you do not have the right to use or violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• use Hirenao as an employer or recruiter to screen, rank, or make decisions about other people without a separate, written, legally reviewed agreement;
• scrape, crawl, bulk extract, republish, resell, or redistribute the service, rankings, explanations, job data, or output;
• use automation to submit job applications, send spam, or harvest personal data;
• upload malware, attempt prompt injection or model extraction, probe security without written permission, bypass access or rate limits, or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent applicable law prohibits that restriction; or
• violate law or a connected provider’s terms.

Hirenao and its licensors own the service software, interface, design, documentation, branding, and original ranking and presentation systems, excluding Your Content and third-party content. Subject to these Terms, Hirenao grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, Hirenao may use it without restriction or payment, provided that doing so does not grant Hirenao ownership of personal information or Your Content.

Account verification, password reset, security, service, and material legal notices are part of administering an account. Job alerts are optional and require confirmation. You can unsubscribe using the link in any alert. Alerts can be delayed, omitted, or incomplete and do not guarantee that every matching job will be delivered.

Hirenao is an early-access service. Features, sources, rankings, and availability may change, and the service may experience interruptions or errors. Keep your own copies of application materials and important records.

The current service is offered without a user fee. Hirenao will display pricing and obtain agreement to any required payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before charging you; these Terms do not authorize surprise or retroactive charges.

You may stop using Hirenao and delete your account at any time. Hirenao may remove unlawful or risky content or suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, security or legal risk, or discontinuation of the service. Where reasonable, Hirenao will provide notice and an opportunity to cure, except when urgent action is needed to protect users, the service, or others.

When use ends, your license to the service ends and information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and general terms — continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirenao is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hirenao disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement where those disclaimers are permitted. Hirenao does not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation; accurate, complete, or current listings or output; or any application or employment result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express written promise or a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirenao and the final identified operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, opportunity, profits, or goodwill, arising from the service, third-party content, or your application or career decisions.

These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, violation of law, death or personal injury, or other liability that cannot be excluded. A final aggregate direct-damages cap must be selected with counsel; this draft intentionally does not invent one for a free consumer service.

Hirenao may change the service and, after these Terms are finalized, may update the Terms prospectively. Hirenao will update the effective date and give reasonable advance email or in-product notice of material changes when required. Hirenao will request renewed acceptance where applicable rather than treating silent use as acceptance of a retroactive material change.

This draft proposes the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, but counsel must confirm that choice and select a court venue based on the operator’s actual location and legal nexus. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to use small-claims courts or contact regulators remain available where they cannot be waived.

This draft contains no arbitration, jury-trial waiver, or class-action waiver. Any later decision to add one requires tailored legal drafting, conspicuous presentation, an opt-out process, and renewed affirmative acceptance.

If part of the final Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without consent; the operator may transfer it as part of a reorganization or sale, subject to applicable notice and privacy obligations. The final Terms, Privacy Policy, and any expressly incorporated addenda will form the entire agreement about the service and will identify which document controls if they conflict.

Questions, legal notices, and content or intellectual-property complaints can be sent to privacy@hirenao.ai. The final operator name, mailing address, telephone number, court venue, and any California consumer notice must be added after those facts are confirmed.
